GEMO OLOMOUC, spol. s r.o. focuses on complete turnkey construction projects in civil engineering, i.e. new buildings and renovations in residential, community and industrial construction, including complete engineering activities and ensuring project documentation at all stages.

We have considerable experience in realizing large construction projects throughout the Czech Republic. Among them are, for example, Housing complex Okružní-Hněvotínská in Olomouc, Slunečný vršek in Prague (residential), Tulipán park Hostivice, Prologis park Úžice and Ostrava, Bang & Olufsen in Kopřivnice and Miele Uničov (industrial), Shopping Center EUROMALL KOLÍN, Prague Outlet Center Praha – Štěrboholy (commercial), Omega Olomouc and Aquapark Olomouc (community facilities).

One of the significant activities of the company is its own development activity. Through the department of development projects we develop, realize and appraise our own investment plans in interesting localities.

Among the examples of the realized projects are Horní Lán Olomouc, Apartment blocks Dlouhá (residential), Retail and Leisure Park Haná, Lídl Olomouc-Pavlovičky (commercial), Aquapark Olomouc, Sports and Health Center – Omega Olomouc and Park hotel NH (community facilities).

In two decades of its existence the company has built up a very good market position. The dynamic development of the company, the steady turnover growth and market values have ranked GEMO OLOMOUC, spol. s r.o. among the most important companies of this kind not only in Moravia but in recent years also in the Czech Republic.

GEMO OLOMOUC, spol. s r.o. currently has almost 500 full-time employees and is formed by independent departments of construction production, development projects and other departments. The company has adopted and respects quality standards compatible with EU regulations and its objective is to ensure annually increasing labour productivity. Customer satisfaction, which is guaranteed primarily thanks to high-level professional skills of the staff, flexibility, completeness and quality of services provided and long-term financial stability, is the company’s priority.

The company holds a quality certificate ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009, a safety at work certificate ČSN OHSAS 18001:2008, an environment certificate ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005, Certificate No. 11/2009 within the system of certified construction providers, in accordance with Act 137/2006 Coll., on public contracts, and National Security Authority certification – level “restricted”, including NSA Information System Certificate – level “restricted”.
